Care Ambassadors.
Twenty founding seats connect caregiver experience with accountable, community-minded leadership. One ambassador serves each of fourteen Arizona counties, with six serving Maricopa County’s Valley regions — assigned by territory, not by residence. Care Ambassadors are experienced independent caregivers who give Kalinga+ a visible community voice and a leadership seat at the table.

Role charter
Non-employment charter.
This is an invitation-based advisory and care-ambassador role. It is not an offer of employment and does not create fixed shifts, minimum hours, exclusivity, or on-call duty.
Members remain independent caregivers who control their availability and booking decisions. When caregiver capacity runs short, they are encouraged to accept family bookings when their own time allows.
Communication privilege
Continuous in-app calling and SMS access while in good standing, subject to consent, privacy, safety, and anti-harassment rules.
Public accountability
Only confirmed appointees appear on the roster below. A vacant or removed seat is shown honestly as vacant.
Who can serve
The Care Ambassador qualification standard
A Care Ambassador is a verified Kalinga+ caregiver in good standing, drawn from the active caregiver community, who qualifies by ONE of the credential badges — RN / LPN-LVN / CNA 5+ years / MSW-LCSW — or equivalent caregiving experience approved by Kalinga+.
Service ambassador benefits

Each benefit recognizes sustained service, trusted leadership, and a member’s continuing contribution to the Kalinga+ community.
Earn 5% of the platform’s commission
On your own paid bookings, you keep an amount equal to 5% of Kalinga+’s 10% platform commission — on top of your full caregiver payout.

As a Care Ambassador, 5% of the platform’s commission comes back to you on every paid booking you complete. Your families pay the standard rate; the share is funded from Kalinga+’s margin.
Priority booking in your territory
When a booking request comes from your county or district, you get the first offer — a 30-minute window to accept before it is offered to other verified caregivers.

Priority means first offer, not a lock. If you are unavailable or decline, the booking cascades to the next verified caregiver automatically. Your assigned territory must stay within reasonable travel reach of your base.
Recruit overrides — your network pays you back
Recruit caregivers into Kalinga+ and earn 5% of the platform’s commission on every paid booking they complete in your territory — 3% to you and 2% to the receiving ambassador when your recruit serves another territory.

Overrides apply to direct recruits only — one level, no downlines — and are paid from Kalinga+’s commission, never from your recruit’s earnings. They flow while your recruit is verified, in good standing, and building bookings. There is no recruit quota to hold your title: more active recruits simply means more override income.

Care Ambassadors can raise caregiver and family concerns, share operational insight, and contribute recommendations while serving in an advisory — not day-to-day management — capacity.
Founding-member recognition
After appointment and profile confirmation, your name, portrait, service focus, qualifications, and biography can be featured on the board webpage and app page.

Your public profile can also display the caregiver badges you have earned. Profiles are published only after appointment and confirmation, and qualifications must remain accurate and current.
Continuous communication access
Use in-app calling and SMS without a booking-window restriction while you remain in good standing, subject to consent, privacy, safety, and anti-harassment rules.

The communication privilege supports ongoing ambassador and community responsibilities instead of ending when an individual service engagement closes. Platform conduct and privacy rules continue to apply.
Commission shares and recruit overrides are paid from Kalinga+’s platform margin under the Independent Contractor Agreement. Figures shown are illustrative and subject to the program documents and applicable law.

Caregiver invitation
Apply by invitation.
The founding board is invitation-based. Interested caregivers share their background and qualifications, complete the typed-name signing ceremony for the Care Ambassador agreement acknowledgment, and then undergo verification and management review.
